Committed to minimizing environmental impact, PCH spearheads projects in land rehabilitation and renewable energy infrastructure, exemplified by projects like Noise Wall Installation on Mitchell Freeway and Solar Farm Earthworks at Kathleen Valley.

PCH will begin their reconciliation journey with a Reflect RAP, following Reconciliation Australia’s guidelines to explore relationships with stakeholders and foster inclusivity within their work scope, aiming for meaningful, mutually advantageous, and enduring RAPs.

Mates in Construction

PCH Civil is proud to announce our partnership with MATES in Construction, a national, industry-driven, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening the construction industry by preventing suicide.

By aligning with MATES, we are demonstrating our commitment to raising mental health standards within our industry. Our goal is not simply to reduce suicide and mental stress but to eliminate these issues entirely from our industry. This partnership is crucial in changing the overall culture of the construction industry, emphasising that suicide prevention is a shared responsibility.

MATES provides workers with the tools they need to support their colleagues on site, including training, awareness-building programs, and courses designed to help identify warning signs and intervene effectively. Their approach is data-backed and based on rigorous academic research, ensuring that our investment goes toward making a genuine and effective difference in the industry.
